At Antico coffee, we are making a name for ourselves by living up to our promise of slowly roasted beans, adopting an authentic Italian recipe, to ensure a rich, full bodied coffee.

The Italians choose slow roasting because it allows the water contained within the raw bean to evaporate slowly, resulting in a syrupy body and low acidity coffee.
This enables the sugar to slowly caramelise without burning. Ultimately, slow roasted coffee is roasted evenly, ensuring the inner and outer layers of the coffee are uniform.
