Our offices and warehouse will close on 23 December 2015 and re-open on 11th January 2016. Any web orders placed during this period will be dispatched by courier delivery between 11 and 13 January 2016 and you will need to allow a few days for the delivery to be completed to your delivery. Shipping Terms & Conditions
Once Buccheri Group receives payment for the purchase, an email will be sent to the buyer to confirm the purchase. The product will be delivered to the buyer via Australia Post. Stand delivery of goods (postage and handling) - $10 express post-delivery for all domestic shipping delivery will take between 1-3 days once full payment has been received..

If you have any quires about our stock you can contact us on 1300 268 426 or visit our factory 70 Fallon Street Brunswick Vic 3056 between the hours of 9am to 5pm. Standard delivery timeframes are 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all.  Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased via the Antico Coffee’s website, please contact sales@anticocoffee.com.au and we will be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you.

All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase. Buccheri Group does not allow any returns on coffee purchased unless there is a quality issue with the coffee. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. Returned product postage will be at the discretion of Buccheri Group Pty Ltd.
